  • Due to our current remote location orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.
  • During peak seasons or for large orders, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer standard and express shipping options through reputable carriers like Australia Post.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 4-12 business days for delivery within Australia.
  • Express shippingtypically takes 3-7  business days for delivery within Australia. 

International Shipping:

  • Currently we do not offer any shipping internationally until we get a grasp on how everything works, however we do aim to ship internationally Asap

Tracking Your Order:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
  • You can track your order directly on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • In the rare case that your Lapmap is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately via email admin@lapmap.com.au
  • We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement.
